Nashville law firm Neal & Harwell will be moving to the new Gulch office building being developed by Eakin Partners.
Neal & Harwell will occupy at least one floor of the 15-story building, or about 26,000 square feet. Construction on the building is set to begin later this summer, which means Neal & Harwell's move won't occur until late 2016.
The law firm, which has 70 employees, announced the move Monday — becoming the second known tenant to claim space in Eakin's $97 million building. The first is entertainment agency William Morris Endeavor, which is vacating space at another Eakin building to head to the Gulch.
The Gulch building, at 1201 Demonbreun St., will include 275,000 square feet of Class A office space, the highest-rated office space there is. The building will cozy up to the Twelve Twelve condo high-rise being built by developer Ray Hensler.
